By accessing the website of ClickForge Studio, downloading any of our alpha or beta game builds, or submitting feedback via our playtest forms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue your use of our site and services immediately.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, game mechanics, user interface designs, upgrade logic, point systems, and visual assets associated with our casual clicker game are the exclusive intellectual property of ClickForge Studio. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our game assets or website content without explicit written permission.

3. Playtesting and Feedback

When participating in our testing phases, you acknowledge that the game is in active development. Features, upgrade balance, and game logic are subject to change without notice.

• Feedback, bug reports, and suggestions submitted to ClickForge Studio become the property of the studio.
• We reserve the right to implement your feedback into the final game release without any obligation for compensation.
• Certain alpha builds may be subject to a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). If applicable, you agree not to share screenshots, video recordings, or specific balance details publicly until the official release.

4. Warranties

Our website and game prototypes are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ClickForge Studio makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the site, the saving of game progress during testing phases, or the complete absence of software bugs.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ClickForge Studio or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our website, development updates, or game builds.
